7th Hour Registration to Start on Monday, October 30th! 

Students who have failed required courses for graduation are strongly encouraged to retake them during Kearsley's 7th Hour.  This is a great opportunity to complete one or two courses (worth a half credit each), and the cost for 2017-18 will continue to be $50 per class.  The 7th Hour courses will start on Monday, 11/13/17 and end on Thursday, 2/8/18.  Each class will meet from 2:25 pm - 4:25 pm on either Mondays and Tuesdays (English and Social Studies) or Wednesdays and Thursdays (Math and Science).  Finally, Registration for 7th Hour will occur in the the Counseling Office (Room 111) starting on Monday, October 30th.  Please see the brochure below for more details.

Attention Class of 2017:  Apply for your Genesee Opportunity Stipend NOW!

2017 Genesee County high school graduates can begin applying for the Genesee Opportunity stipend on March 27, 2017. High school graduates who lived in and attended high school in Genesee County are eligible to receive the Genesee Opportunity Stipend! The stipend can be used toward costs to attend approved colleges and training institutions. Tutoring Assistance at KHS on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

The KHS National Honor Society (NHS) members will be available to tutor KHS students on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM starting SOON.  The tutoring will take place in Room 107 (Career Center), and no pre-registration is necessary.  This is a great opportunity for students who need extra help!  Please contact Mrs. Colleen Grathoff (NHS Advisor) at 810-591-5317 if you have any questions.
